Credit Policy

Our books close the 25^th of each month.  Balance due is payable by the 10^th of the following month.  Any account that is past due 30 days will be charged a finance charge at up to the Arkansas Legal Rate.  I understand the credit policy of FARMERS COOPERATIVE and agree to the terms.

 Authorized Purchasers

You agree to manage the adding and deleting of all authorized purchasers and won’t hold Farmers Cooperative responsible for any failure to keep this list up to date.

Copies of Invoices

All invoices dated after 1/1/2014 on this website will show detailed reprints of the actual invoice along with signatures.  Any invoices prior to this date, will not have a signature.  Please contact the A/R department if you need a copy of these older invoices.
